Better timestamps

Currently, native Blizzard timestamps and Prat timestamps work. But they could be better.

Describe the solution you'd like

A few ideas:

Timestamps in its own "column"

When messages wrap, the text doesn't go underneath its timstamp

Timestamp only visible on mouseover

Same idea as above, but timestamps slide in from the left as the player hovers over each message line

Another idea is to show timestamps on hover, but on the right side of the message

Add headers on messages between days

When scrolling through chat history, it would be useful to see the date of the messages being scrolled. This is similar to how Slack/Discord/Telegram works.

One thing I would also consider is letting Glass handle timestamps itself, too. Using Blizzard timestamps, system messages and loot messages don't get a timestamp, for example. And it seems like a bit of overkill to install Prat just to get global timestamps. :P
