Mirroring Private Package

Trying to mirror a private package with NPM lazy. This package is hosted on a local server and is only accessible via SSH.

I've tried a few different incantations, but wondering if anyone else is successfully doing this? i don't see an example in the docs, so was hoping they would also be updated.
