Are events flushed on OnApplicationPause/OnApplicationQuit reliable?

Hi! We're defining sessions manually by using StartTimedEvent when the application gains focus, and then calling Track and Flush when the app loses focus or is closed, using OnApplicationPause and OnApplicationQuit. We've had a few instances of our sessions not ending. Our best guess right now is that the approach described isn't reliable. Is Flushing OnApplicationQuit guaranteed to work? Thanks!
