Refactoring to use lambda expressions.

  • We refactored the source code... translating annonymous inner classes and enhanced for loops into lambda expressions
    • we formated the resulting source code and ran all tests cases

I think 2 spaces indenting is fine. And I guess we should create another PR If we change indenting. Can you separate this PR?
