Add additional upscalers

So i am a bit new in python (mostly do js) and generally to test changes out i will update the code from within my node_modules. I am pretty confident in these changes but just to test it out is there a way i can update the code locally. Like would editing this file locally work?

Might be better to scan for upscalers. /sdapi/v1/upscalers
