Consider the ability to blacklist imports via the UI

An idea, having the UI give you the ability to disable (prevent an import from running) imports if the user would like. I can see this conflicting with normal use cases, but it could also be interesting if the user knows a plugin is broken for some time but doesn't want to change their config
