Add remark-gfm plugin for Markdown table rendering support

Issue Description

Our current Markdown rendering setup does not properly display tables using GitHub Flavored Markdown (GFM) syntax, leading to decreased readability in our documentation.

Solution

By integrating the remark-gfm plugin, we can support GFM table syntax during Markdown rendering. This will ensure tables are displayed correctly, improving the organization and presentation of information in our documentation.
