feature request: ability to pass custom options to 7zip

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'd like to add exclude filters to 7z extractor. For example, to extract macOS archives without debug symbols (that take a lot of space and not needed on CI) I use the following command: 7z x "$archive" '-xr!*.dSYM'

Describe the solution you'd like Probably additional CLI parameter. I guess it would work only with external 7z.
