Recent SteamVR do not need this, it has fixed SDL2 imolementation
game libs has own debug levels. D_SERVERAICONSOLE, D_SERVERCONSOLE, D_SERVERERROR - we may allocate separate debug channels which user can enable or disable in runtime.

New engine does not support windows at this moment @a1batross, Please check travis, it does not report errors if deploy stage completed successfully

Mouse works bad on win32/sdl2 clients without m_rawinput If we capture mouse with SDL2, it will not work with legacy clients at all, so capture is disabled
Try use SDL that attached to tarball
Use LD_LIBRARY_PATH=. to load SDL from current directory
xash3d has software lighting. When switching lightstyles, it will rebuild lightmaps
Try uncle mike's version. If it ha same performance, nothing will help. Xash3d has very slow render.
