Currently the view that provides tabbar is fixed in ScrollableTabController. To allow custom appearance / behavior, make a protocol that provides necessary tabbar interface.
Currently ChildViewController.scrollView properties are not restored. - contentInset - scrollIndicatorInsets - etc
Currently ScrollableTabController doesn't observe those titles so it can't follow titles' change.
