How is this extension supposed to be installed?

There's no setup.py, so we cannot use, say, pip to install the extension. I could add it if there's no other way except cloning the repo by hand.

I've got a fork over in https://github.com/eli-collins/jinja2-htmlcompress which has a setup.py, running setup.py install should work.

I'd upload it to pypi myself, but feel that would be impolite without original author's blessing.
