Feature request: support Ctrl + W as a way of deleting words

Ctrl + W is probably one of the most common terminal key combinations together with Ctrl + L.

I dived into the code and I ended up in console, which is a bit out of my reach - I've only been a few days learning Rust :sweat_smile:

Is there any chance to enable this? Alternatively, if there is a way of adding key bindings in dialoguer that I've missed, could you please point me in the right direction?
