TextArea indent problem

This is just annoying and I cannot find a good reason for it to be happening. Simply trying to put a label above a TextArea. The label is to be the headings for the report data in the TextArea. text-area-indentation

No matter what I do the Label gets mushed against the left margin and the TextArea indents. Is there something I can do to fix this?
