Update to pycrate

When will this be updated to use pycrate, which is the replacement of libmich?

All those components are open-source, any contribution is very welcome ! On my side, I don't have any CC2531 and don't work with 802.15.4 anymore ; it's a bit hard for me to make proper changes to this library at this time.
