View Related Rules feature enhancement

During a SAF Training, a student mentioned that the dialog box for View Related Rules sometimes may have a long list of search results and if the item is found at the top of the list, it would be nice to have a duplicate Ok button at the top (as well as the existing Ok button in the bottom`). This will make it more user-friendly.
