[BUG] All results are filtered out. stuck on the screen

Describe the bug I did a fresh helm install and when I log in and upload a file, the /results page shows a message

`All results are filtered out. Use the (clear) button in the top right to clear filters and show all."

The (Clear) button is greyed out so you can't click on it. I don't believe there is any filter applied so I'm not sure why this error message is here. It never leaves the screen, even upon uploading more and more file.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Fresh install via helm
2. Grab the user (email) and pass and log into localhost:8080
3. View the error
4. Happens in both chrome and firefox.

Expected behavior I expect there to be no message about the results being filtered out when there is no filter applied.
