Add Info Button in Splunk Import Modal

PROBLEM: The Splunk import does not discuss the fact that the only things that can get imported are HDF files from Splunk. Therefore, it is unclear to the user and should be documented to be better understood.

ASK: Add an info button on the Splunk modal to include information on how the Splunk integration actually works (what files can be imported).

Heimdall Current Capability (ingest)

• The connection interface can connect to any identified index and pull data from Splunk into Heimdall (assumption is that the indexed data is of the type that Heimdall can consume).
