Export HTML Reporting updates/fixes

This issue contains findings and proposed updates to the Export as HTML capability.

• [ ] Propose that the Profile Status panel of the report be modified to include totals as follows:

• [ ] Provide the option for a light / heavy export
  • [ ] The light option would minimize HTML file size, see here for optimization
  • [ ] The Heavy option would maintain all of the bells and whistles that it current provides

• [ ] Investigate the rendering limitation (around 500 MB HTML)
  • [ ] When generating a report that the HTML is ~ greater than 510 MB we are experiencing the following error:

I'm not opposed either way w/r to table or column orientation, just have three concerns:

• [ ] what to do with the compliance section?
• [ ] how to handle the additional text we have next to pass/fail that specify the sub checks
• [ ] tables frequently require a lot of work to flow properly when the width of a page is narrow
