Saved results management improvements

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It is difficult to manage results at scale that are saved to the database as a Heimdall administrator.

Describe the solution you'd like -Bulk edit to change visibility, groups, and tags of saved results -Bulk delete of saved results -Add field for the owner or who uploaded and saved a result -Add columns to display result owner, visibility, and groups to admins or add the ability to show these columns for admins

Describe alternatives you've considered None known.

Desired Impact to Workflow Would be great to be able to multi-select results and perform the actions described. And also view the fields described in this view.

@aaronlippold @Amndeep7 Can we bump this one up? This is sorely needed to manage results effectively if you have more than a handful of results saved.
