Agent Manx on a Windows doesn't download the payloads

Hello,

I am using the agent Manx on a Windows machine. When I try to execute an ability that requires a payload it fails at each time. This is because the payload is never uploaded on the agent side. Do you know what the problem should be? How can I debug that?
