Operation Report Failing

Describe the bug Caldera does not successfully create a report using the Operations report button.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Execute an operation
2. Select Download report
3. Select Include Agent Output and Full report
4. Select download
5. Downloaded file in browser is 4 bytes with single word: Null
6. Check default /tmp directory for reports on the Caldera host. Directory empty

Expected behavior Download complete JSON formatted report of the operation
