Manual commands running on the first listed agent

Describe the bug When I try to run a manual command, it runs on the first agent shown in the drop-down list, not the selected agent. I tried running it multiple times after rerunning Caldera and restarting the system, but the issue persists.

Expected behavior The commands should run on the selected system/agent
