Agent not Deploy

Hello Team Installing caldera in Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS Version, After run pip and pytho3 command successful run caldera in machine.

but issue occur when i access caldera in browser. that time when click on agent deployment but not show any agent.

how to solve this issue

Caldera version? Browser used? Stacktrace of Caldera server startup?

Hello Team We use caldera version 4.0.0 and Browser use chrome and firefox both are latest versions. and another issue in caldera is agent deployment is successful and commands also execute successfully but not show output. We run caldera using pip3.7 and python3.7, also use lower and upper versions of pip and python but issue the same not show agent when click on agent.
