How should `ansible_mitogen.transport_config.MitogenViaSpec` be updated for Ansible plugin options?

I intend to migrate most or all ansible_mitogen.transport_config.PlayContextSpec members to the Ansible plugin option API. How should MitogenViaSpec behave in this brave new world? Is the distinction even meaningful any more?
