Address critical faults in PE Website / Oncall runbook

  • Clicking on product subsection links at the top of the runbook don't take you there
  • The page name in large text at the top left is ugly :) (OK that's not so critical but I want it fixed!)

Expected Behavior

Clicking a product header link at the top should bring you to that relevant runbook section.
