Investigate per-product alert channels

User Story

• As a product owner I would like to be aware of operational issues in the applications/services that I am responsible for

Description/Context

Right now, all of our runtime alerting is delivered to the DevOps/platform team, which reduces visibility of when/whether issues are occurring and when they do occur, when/whether they are being addressed. We would like to experiment with routing operational alerts into the related product channels in Slack to improve visibility.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Alerts are categorized by product
• [ ] Product-specific alerts are delivered to the appropriate channel in Slack
