Enhance details on Sentry logs for Emails

As an engineer/support i would like to enhance the support experience for the users that somehow couldn't contact through proper channel and their request couldn't reach appropriate personnel due to any error in the system.

It would be great to add relatable information e.g username to the sentry logs so that we can contact & provide better support to the users which couldn't reach us due to any error in the system.

For now the best place to add this information would be the Email logs as they are mostly related to support.

Why do this? We recently faced an issue where a user tried to contact us through Course Team Emails feature and somehow couldn't get through due to permissions error and we were unable to contact him back since we didn't have relatable details on it,

Acceptance Criteria:

  • [ ] Add username key to sentry log details for any exceptions that we face in Emails
