After completing Cybersource purchase, user isn't returned to dashboard

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Purchase a course through Cybersource

Expected Behavior

  • After the transaction is completed, the user should return to their dashboard.

Actual Behavior

  • User returns to a MicroMasters login page
