Console error on the program letter page

Steps to Reproduce

View a program letter and open the console. You should see something like this: https://github.com/mitodl/micromasters/pull/4480#issuecomment-565160502

This doesn't seem to affect anything since we don't use javascript on that page so it's probably a low priority to fix, though probably a quick and easy fix
