Can MToolBox run on nanopore data(long read sequencing)?

Hi, We are trying to analyse variants in the data obtained from oxford nanopore can we use MToolBox to analyse such data, is long read sequencing data supported by MToolBox?

Hi Pradyumna,

This version of MToolBox does not support long reads.

However, we are working on a new version of the tool which will likely also be able to deal with long reads, including Nanopore sequencing.
