Deleting code bug with multiple mitosheets

Describe the bug

  1. Create a mitosheet, do a thing.
  2. Go to the cell below generated code, do another thing
  3. Delete the first generated code cell
  4. Rerun the top cell
  5. Everything gets deleted, woo woo.
