Improve development taskpane to speed up development

          Btw, it would be really nice if the Dev taskpane allowed you to:

1. Reset user.json
2. Set config variables easily (with some defaults that are useful)
3. Switch between pro / enterprise
4. Etc.

Opening an issue for this.
