GDPR issue in setting cookies without respecting config

nuxt-posthog module stores the users identity in a cookie

This module doesn't respect posthog settings for recording anonymous data (using posthog without needing GDPR consent).

This line stores identity in a cookie even if persistence: 'memory' is set in the client options.

I appreciate you're probably not trying to support this use case but it would be good to say so in the docs.

Yeah was wondering this also, it would be great to be able to pass cookieless_mode to the posthog instance
