@nalzok -- I'm not sure why this issue ended up getting closed -- I don't believe the `MUXF8` issue has been solved in the latest Vivado versions?
@marzoul - Someone needs to do the work to make sure that a stable prjxray-db can be produced on a newer version. If someone does that we can probably move...
Looks like you need to rebase before I can test CI.

@unbtorsten - Can you rebase this onto master so that the GitHub Action CI (which replaces kokoro) runs here?
Actually it looks like the GitHub Action stuff hasn't landed yet (see https://github.com/f4pga/prjxray/pull/1846) and Kokoro is currently borked #1833 -- Gah!?
@litghost I'm probably not going to have time to really review this. Could you get someone else to look at it (maybe someone from BYU)?
