@proppy is correct, this is an issue with `make-env` -- The reason that `make-env` has the loop is to enable self testing.
FYI - @umarcor started looking at fixing a lot of the outstanding documentation issues with the SkyWater PDK.
@msaligane -- Any idea why you haven't seen this problem?
