Hello, here is the status of this PR:

This is kind of a POC, to validate that what I did on upstream polars is actually working with our project,, and it works! Serialization of Polars UDF to TorchScript works good, and they are runnable and output the right results :)

Next step is seeing what happens on the upstream PR on polars, and updating this PR with any change if needed.
