Desire Rest Service Name into API.

Outgoing calls: to dial any number. Incoming call: to Get the customer call number. Current Agent Status: Active/Wrap/Not ready/LoggedIn/Logout. Hold/Unhold status Call Conference

Please can you help me to know the rest method name for above mentioned events.

Hi, are you a current Mitel customer or partner? All of the rest api's are documented and can be viewed by going to http://yourservernameOrIp/miccsdk and clicking on documentation link at top right.

I am a customer , I have seeing but the name is quite different as per the functionality . So i am requesting to you to provide me the name of method based on my requirement.
