The licence matter

Hi, May I ask the question?

I want to use your excellent custom component "Ext.ux.touch.grid" for my commercial product. Ext.ux.touch.grid has no license, but I have concern about a few.

  1. Does anyone have the copyright?
  2. Can I may modify and redistribute the code?
  3. Do you think the license is in the public domain?

If you are not mind, I hope that source code will be available by BSD or MIT license.

:+1: @mitchellsimoens could you put it under MIT licence? It's just matter of changing LICENSE file. Btw thanks for this component!
