You mention that you can install the package via pip install pgp - unfortunately this package does not exist.

Because I use this package in one of my web apps, I've uploaded my own version to PyPI here. If you want me to take this down, I will.

Hi @wdoekes, @anl-mcampos, @Sundwarf, sorry about the super delay in responding here! Thanks for taking an interest! I didn't publish it on PyPI because I didn't think it was ready for the world, but I'm happy to do so with a big warning if there's demand. I'll take a look at those pull requests now.
