Can I pull phishing-IPs-ACTIVE.txt daily for my IP blocker?

I have an IP blocker for Kerio (repository tverweij/KerioIPBlocker), wher I use AbuseIPDB for blocking. When I see your list, a lot of them are not blocked by AbuseIPDB.

Can I pull phishing-IPs-ACTIVE.txt daily to add them to the blocking - I need IP's not URL's.
