Slice of structures deep mapping

Structs in slices were simply copyed to the target map. With this PR they can also be mapped, using the "deep" tag, or the global "Deep" option.

Partially solves #249

Merging this could be awesome. looks clean and solves a real problem to me that I can't solve only by adding a hook

Given that this project is being officially forked to https://github.com/go-viper/mapstructure (see https://github.com/mitchellh/mapstructure/issues/349) I'd suggest that this PR be opened against that project now.
