Auto-Conference

Add a call to a conference the moment that call is answered. Can be a new button or simply an option that hooks to the existing answer function.

I can't really find a good place in the UI to add another button, you can right click on an incoming call and click conference to auto-conference it in. I would not be apposed to adding a hotkey in the application to conference in a new call. The final option I see is an option to change the default behavior.

Right now if you are in a conference and answer a call it acts like if you were not in a conference and you just are on the new call directly. I could add a UI options that if you answer a call while in a conference the call it auto-conferences them in.

This means if you actually wanted to answer a call while on a conference but not have it conferenced in (and had this option enabled) you would have to put the conference on hold first.

All of these would be good for their own reason. Just so long as there's a way to answer a new call, with global hotkeys, and create a new conference that way.
