Support export efficientvit-sam models to ONNX

Recognizing the remarkable open-source efforts of the author, who has contributed immensely, it's worth noting that EfficiencyViT currently doesn't provide scripts to export the sam encoder and decoder as ONNX formats, here I'm offering a simple way to support it. Feel free to grab it if you need it. Additionally, I have integrated this model into the X-AnyLabeling tool, and the results are truly impressive. We encourage everyone to give it a try enthusiastically.
