Cannot Install Server Files

Bug Description

When I try running Install.bat It will exit out of cmd immediately and installer.log will say "java.net.preferIPv4Stack=true

Installing server to current directory A problem installing the server was detected, server install cannot continue"

If I try running forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2847-installer.jar instead of the bat file, I get a longer error message (I will put in the 'logs' section of this report).

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

Unsure, this is my first time trying this mod pack.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Run the install.bat or forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2847-installer.jar file on a fresh server install.

Further Information: From further testing, I found this error does not occur when I disconnect my internet connection.

Install.bat will run correctly, but fail due to there be no connection to download with. This is similar to running forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2847-installer.jar as well, it will correctly open the forge installer, but despite reconnecting my internet after the installer opens, it will be unable to download all the correct files.

I tested version 1.5.2 of the modpack and it also did not work.

Try installing the latest version on the minecraftforge website and replacing it (make sure to update setting.sh/bat

I tested version 1.5.2 of the modpack and it also did not work. I also had this problem while running this file and hope that the author will fix it as soon as possible
