Follow referal links and add owned domains to exclusions list

This branch takes your original script and adds the ability to:

• follow referral/shortened links (bit.ly , smarturl.it)
• add domains that are unavailable to be registered to the "excluded" list to avoid repeated testing
• works with python3 (namely I added brackets to the print statements)
