char set render issue in Chrome on Windows

On Windows (but not android), in Chrome (but not in other browsers, such as firefox or duckduckgo), some of the characters are shifted a bit to the right. See image below:

Version 133.0.6943.59 seems to render correct, also does Version 133.0.6943.60 - both on Windows (10).

I have two laptops here, both running chrome (Version 133.0.6943.60 (64-bit)) on windows 11. One of them still has this problem:

(problem persists with all Chrome extensions disabled). But the other laptop looks fine. Must be something weird in the environment on my end. I'll just use the other laptop ;)
