Ignore/warn hashtag section when using 'Delete and Edit' function.

Summary

When using the Delete and Edit function, hashtags that were in the original message are included in the content, and also hashtags that are in the hashtag section of note editor are remembered. This means that, (when being half-awake and not noticing), hashtags become duplicated.

When using Delete and Edit it would be nice if the hashtags were removed or ignored from the hashtag editor, or perhaps some warning about it.

I've not reported this as a bug as the individual parts seems to be working as intended, it did however catch me by surprise.
