Request: Option to disable loading new notes at the top of the timeline

Summary

Currently, the "Automatically Load More" option only affects new notes being loaded at the bottom as you scroll down.

I'd like a separate option to disable loading new notes at the top of the timeline, as well. This way I can load more as I scroll down, but have to manually load new notes at the top.

This will make using on Mobile much better!
