Consolidate Clock and Digital Clock into one widget, add more settings to it

Summary

Since they're both clocks, maybe they should just be one widget that can have its style (analog or digital) toggled in the widget settings.

Also, the options to

  • switch between 12 hour/24 hour time
  • disable blinking

on the digital version would be great

Blinking or not and 24-hour display are digital-only options, which may complicate the settings dialog.
