If not follower, notifications windows show renote user avatar thumbnail 404 error

show remote user avatar thumbnail

☹️ Actual Behavior

notification shows different user avatar with 404 error

📝 Steps to Reproduce

1. user1 renote user2
2. user2 notifications window show user1 note (avatar missing 404 error)
3. user2 follow user1
4. user1 avatar showing (no 404 error)

📌 Environment

nginx 1.17.8 - node 12.14.1 - npm 6.13.4 - misskey 12.2.0
